All sales are final sale. However, if you are not happy with your product when it arrives, or if there is an issue with delivery, please email us at bergamot_sunshine@outlook.com


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of the item being delivered with photos of the outside packaging and the item in the condition in which it arrived in. If there is any issue with your order upon delivery, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery with the issue (including damage, missing items, wrong items, etc) and photos. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier accordingly ( USPS / UPS)


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Customer is responsible for all duties / import fees.
